Candidates shall have to complete 1.6 km run within 7 min.
Candidates shall have to complete 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups and 20 Squats within the stipulated time as per the following to qualify in the Physical Fitness Test:
Test | Max Time Period | Remarks |

10 Push-ups | 01 minute | Test will be conducted after 10 minutes break on completion of 1.6 km run |
10 Sit-ups | 01 minute | Test will be conducted after 02 minutes break on completion of 10 Push-ups |
20 Squats | 01 minute | Test will be conducted after 02 minutes break on completion of 10 Sit-ups |
Note: Candidates are advised to bring their sports shoes and shorts/track pants.
