1. Candidates are to be bring their Musical Instruments for practical test from the list ‘A’ or ‘B’ as mentioned in the Advertisement.

2. HB Pencil, Eraser, Sharpener, Glue Stick, Stapler and Black/Blue Ball Point Pen for writing.

3. Ten copies of un-attested recent (not taken before six months from the date of registration) passport size colour photograph.

4. Original and four self-attested photocopies of Matriculation Passing Certificate and Marks sheet (required for verification of Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name and his Date of Birth).

5. Original and four self-attested photocopies of Musical Experience Certificate in the field of Music.

6. Original and Four self-attested photocopies of duly filled Children of Serving Air Force Personnel (COAFP) Certificate (format available on CASB AFNet website) for children of Serving Air Force Personnel (or) Original and four self-attested photocopies of Discharge Book/Service Certificate issued from AFRO/DAV for children of retired/deceased/discharged Air Force personnel.

7. Application Form (generated at the time of online registration) and Provisional Admit Card (issued on later stage) are to be mandatorily brought at Rally Venue.

8. For candidates discharged from Indian Army/Indian Navy/Any other government organisation, original and four self-attested photocopies of Discharge Certificate (as issued from Indian Army/Indian Navy/Government Organisation).

9. No Objection Certificate (NOC) [in original and four self-attested photocopies] issued from the employer, applicable only for candidates presently serving in any Government Organisation.

10. Original and four self-attested photocopies of NCC ‘A’, ‘B’ or ‘C’ certificate (if applicable).

11. No Risk Certificate, Body Tattoo Certificate and Consent Form (as annexed in the Provisional Admit Card) to the rally venue. Candidates below 18 years of age are to get the consent form signed by their parent/guardian.

1. The Name of the children and his/her Date of Birth mentioned in the Discharge Book/Service Certificate must match with the details mentioned in his/her Matriculation Passing Certificate.

2. Under no circumstances the candidates will be permitted to appear in Recruitment Rally without Original 10th/Matriculation Passing Certificates/Marks sheet and Musical Experience Certificate. However, candidates with photocopies of Educational Marks Sheets/Passing Certificates can be permitted to appear in the Recruitment Rally only on production of a certificate from College/School Principal certifying that Educational Certificates/Marks sheets are deposited with College/School.

3. The original Passing Certificates/Marks Sheets and Musical Experience Certificate will not be retained by the Selection Centre. The same will be returned to the candidates on completion of detailed verification.
